ProLuxe Travel has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, which includes arranging accommodation for international conferences, corporate events and private travel, worldwide. Every arrangement is bespoke, handled by the same small team from the first enquiry through to the completion of your stay, with the discretion and high touch approach you would expect.

What we do
Group accommodation
Whole allocations are taken directly with our hotel partners and managed as one on our own reservations system, rather than assembled room by room. The same approach applies whether the block is 20 rooms or 200.
Events
Everything that happens around the stay is arranged with the same hotel partners who are holding the rooms, so nothing is passed to a separate supplier.
Private travel
One room is arranged with the same care as a hundred, anywhere in the world. Every journey is held direct with the hotel and shaped around the person travelling, by your dedicated account manager throughout.
How we work
Every room and every date is held directly with the hotel rather than through anyone else. Operations are led by Danny Barnard as Chief Operating Officer, and your dedicated account manager will be with you all the way.
