We grew up on the right side of the door.
ProLuxe began on the inside, in the years we spent within the finest hotels in the world. We left with the relationships intact, and the standing to use them. That is the difference between asking for a room and being expected. Everything we arrange is held directly, and everything we are told stays with us.
What we do
Group accommodation
A hundred people on the same dates, and the rooms that decide everything. We hold whole floors direct and run them as one, so the scale is ours to carry and never yours to feel.
Events
The dinner that has to land, the morning that cannot slip. We arrange everything that happens around the stay with the same hotels that hold it, so the occasion feels inevitable rather than organised.
Private travel
When it is one room, or one family, the same doors open. Journeys arranged anywhere in the world, on the same direct terms, and held just as closely.

Every room, every date, every arrangement is held direct, settled with the hotel itself, and what you tell us stays with us. Operations are led by Danny Barnard as Chief Operating Officer, with a team kept small on purpose, so that every arrangement carries a name and an answer. We are quiet by design, and well connected by intent.
